Opening a location in Coquitlam was ideal for the development of Papparoti Cafes, given the demographics and target customers present in this Market. Moreover, the area this Café is located in is known as Coquitlam Town Centre making it a bustling area with an ever-growing customer base. The concept of a town centre for the area dates back to 1975, and is intended to have a high concentration of high-density housing, offices, cultural, entertainment and education facilities to serve major growth areas of the region, served by rapid transit service, and with the positioning of our café we are certain that this growth will be to benefit of Papparoti but also all the customers which will be able to enjoy our vast product offering and delightful ambiance and superior customer service.

Since 2017, as the Third location in BC, Papparoti Café in Coquitlam has had the pleasure to serve its unique coffee caramel coated buns made fresh every 30 minutes and served warm straight from the oven to all its loyal clients.
