A delicious, new-to-Canada treat, is now available on Robson Street. PappaRoti – the buttery, coffee-caramel coated “father of all buns” that first took Malaysia by storm in 2003 and has since opened over 400 café locations worldwide – has now arrived in Canada. The Canadian PappaRoti Café is in the middle of Vancouver’s most popular shopping district.

Robson Street’s role as a consumer district continues to the present day although the original flavour of the street, which was all small neighbourhood-market stores, has been supplanted by massive redevelopment by brand-name chain stores and high-end restaurants. Robson Street is particularly famous for the fashion shops and dining which extends from Granville Street in the southeast to Denman Street in the northwest, with the main concentration centred between Burrard and Bute Streets, which is the area also known historically as Robsonstrasse.

Since 2013, as the flagship location, Papparoti Café on Robson Street has had the pleasure to serve its unique coffee caramel coated buns made fresh every 30 minutes and served warm straight from the oven to all its loyal clients. They also offer their customers with a variety of organic teas, coffees and other café food items, which are unique to each Papparoti Café location.
